We built INTRVL for gatherings that need room to breathe. It's three homes on 5 private acres behind one gate, about 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Retreat leaders book the whole micro resort, bring their people, and we handle the space so you can hold the room.

What a retreat day can look like
Morning: yoga or breathwork as the light comes over the mountains, then coffee from three kitchens.
Midday: a sauna and cold plunge circuit, a shared lunch, and a free afternoon in the National Park or by the pool.
Evening: a sound bath in the Mystic Lounge, dinner at the long table, then the 30-ft fire pit and a sky full of stars.
Questions retreat leaders ask us
- Do you charge a retreat fee?
- No. You pay the nightly rate for the full resort. We don't add fees for hosting a retreat.
- What does it cost?
- Rates change with the season and the day of the week. Pick your dates on the full resort calendar to see the exact price, or message us for a quote.
- Is food included?
- There's no in-house catering. We'll connect you with local private chefs and caterers who know the property, or your group can cook in the three full kitchens.
- Can you recommend facilitators?
- Yes. We work with local sound bath practitioners and yoga teachers and are happy to make introductions.
- Who can use the sauna and cold plunges?
- They're included with every full-resort booking. Here's how they work at INTRVL.
- What should our group know?
- Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged for retreats, so just ask.
- Do you take smaller groups?
- Yes. For up to 8 people, the Wellness House has its own sauna and cold plunge access and works well for small retreats.

Zack and Bex bought this land in 2020 and built INTRVL into the place we wished existed: private enough to drop in, close enough to the Park to explore, and set up for groups. We've hosted dozens of retreats, and we answer every message ourselves.
